We are looking for a Technical Project Manager in Commercial & Corporate Affairs – Global Business Services (GBS), Bangalore, India. You can look forward to an exciting job driving different projects and engaging with multiple stakeholders at different levels.

 

The position

The Technical Project Manager for websites is a key Stakeholder for all internal customers during website projects. His/her main responsibility is to ensure best in class customer experience, to ensure all new components/upgrades to components are prioritized and communicated throughout the process/value chain in all multichannel platforms, and to take ownership of the process from initiation to execution. Key responsibilities include assessing, evaluating, and recommending the need for new components, client Management and relationship building, updating, streamlining, and communicating processes regarding web site development, maintaining a full project overview of websites under development and upcoming websites.

 

 

As a Technical Project Manager, you assess and advise on AEM solutions/components (new components identified or modification of existing components), assess and evaluate component needs (across affiliates), and provide recommendations to Change Group in terms of prioritization and implementation, facilitate and manage AEM component backlog/roadmap, ensuring that all technical requests are prioritizes, developed, and implemented, facilitate website rollouts, ensuring a full overview of all website launches (Affiliate websites, HCP portals, campaign sites etc.), requests, timelines, and risk mitigation, support and coordination of resources for roll-out to ensure efficient and timely launches, support affiliates/country clusters in finding the best suitable solutions within the available components, technical aspects, and defined requirements, align with stakeholders (internal and external), you should have the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

 

You are responsible for project overview and ensuring timely development of website components, assessing and advising on AEM solutions/components (new components identified or modification of existing components), assessing and evaluating component needs (across affiliates), and provide recommendations to Change Group in terms of prioritization and implementation, facilitating and managing AEM component backlog/roadmap, ensuring that all technical requests are prioritizes, developed, and implemented, facilitating website rollouts, ensuring a full overview of all website launches (Affiliate websites, HCP portals, campaign sites etc.), requests, timelines, and risk mitigation, supporting and coordination of resources for roll-out to ensure efficient and timely launches, supporting affiliates/country clusters in finding the best suitable solutions within the available components, technical aspects, and defined requirements, align with stakeholders (internal and external).

 

You should have the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. You should be responsible for client management and relationship building, you should have strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement of customer experience, ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new options, and develop creative approaches to deliver on time and budget. You should be a proactive team player and team builder.

As websites are being developed across countries, the Technical project manager for websites must have good understanding about different cultures, practices and procedures in the countries she/he is responsible for leading the onboarding process for assigned affiliates (e.g. new brand managers), leading the onboarding process for Content Hub partners in terms of new components/modifications to new components, sustain the existing and develop new opportunities within assigned affiliates and global brand teams, extensive collaboration with the Quality Assurance Manager on all aspects regarding testing of new or modified components. You work closely with the Multichannel Excellence & Operations team to actively understand and apply the latest global guidelines and best practices with the global brands and affiliates.

 

The job is located in Bangalore.

 

 

Qualifications

You need to have the below knowledge and skills

Master’s degree or above in relevant area

4+ years of experience in project management and client services

Experience in a Digital Content Factory and with multichannel execution

Pharmaceutical industry experience is very desirable

Proven analytical and problem-solving skills

Fluency in written and spoken English

 

About the department

The Commercial & Corporate Affairs – Global Business Services (GBS) unit is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas within Commercial & Corporate Affairs, including Insulin, GLP-1 and Obesity Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Planning and Commercial Operations. The Commercial & Corporate Affairs unit also supports Biopharm global marketing for Haemophilia and growth disorders. In Obesity Commercial Unit, we are focused on changing the way obesity is viewed and treated today, as well as increasing number of people who receive innovative treatments and quality care.  In addition to driving innovative market development and communication efforts, the unit is responsible for the global commercialization and optimization of Saxenda® and Obesity & NASH pipelines.
