About the Department

GBS Consulting is a high impact internal management consulting team working on strategic initiatives of GBS management and the affiliates. We act as a strategic sounding board to GBS Management in delivering successful outcomes to the organization. This team is a platform for high visibility and growth providing a unique opportunity to work with senior management of NN GBS to help our stakeholders add value to the organization by solving strategic problems, setting new standards, driving best practices, and building playbooks following the NN ways of working.

 

The Position

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

 

  • Partner with GBS organization and functional leadership to drive enterprise-wide change management and associated projects across project scoping, design, validation, and implementation phases.
  • Assist internal consulting team/ affiliates on strategic consulting projects across research, drug development, regulatory, safety, quality, supply chain, commercial, marketing, and other areas.
  • Work on projects supporting affiliate organisations across the pharma value chain
  • Use problem solving skills to come up with a solution, design the solutions and work with the stakeholders to finalise approach. Also, drive workshops to solve the problem at hand.
  • Prepare the project charter that explains the objective, approach, expected outcomes, team structure and high-level project plan with key milestones.
  • Prepare a stakeholder list and participate/conduct stakeholder interviews and prepare tools and templates that would help in delivering the project milestones. Assist in building relevant presentations, external meeting preparations and arranging field visits with peer companies (if required).

 

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree within relevant area and other relevant business experience in Project Management or Project consulting.
  • Minimum 6 years of prior experience of working with pharma/life sciences clients on business consulting projects Significant proven project management experience from top tier consultancies.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent proficiency with Office 365 skills (Ppt., excel and word) and project related resource planning and reporting.
  • High degree of flexibility and can shoulder additional workload when necessary.
  • Ability to influence and align the stakeholders.
