The position

As a Project Manager - Communications, you will:

  • Formulate, implement, and drive communication strategies and initiatives across IORA.
  • Develop and execute strategic communication plans aligned with the VP’s objectives and organisational goals.
  • Serve as a primary liaison between the VP’s office and internal and external stakeholders, ensuring impactful and consistent messaging.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate communication strategies with organisational initiatives.
  • Create clear and insightful data reports and visualizations to convey communication performance and impact to stakeholders.
  • Supervise the creation and dissemination of internal communication materials, aligning with the VP’s vision and messaging.
  • Contribute to organisation change management efforts.

 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 6+ years of work experience with Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in strategic communication, preferably in a senior communication role.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to advise and support senior leadership in communication matters.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and strategic messaging.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience in executive-level communication support is highly desirable.
  • Strong business understanding, Experience from Pharmaceutical Industry preferred with some experience in pharmaceutical drug development & Regulatory Affairs

The International Operations Strategic Operations Regulatory Affairs - Bangalore (IOSO RA Bangalore) is a critical extension of the global IOSO RA (Zurich & Copenhagen) organization & will together deliver on the function’s aspiration to enable fast growth, portfolio integration & business continuity at scale. The team consist of high caliber regulatory professionals offering core regulatory & project management capabilities enabling NN secure fast, high quality product approvals across International Operations.
