Project Lead - HCP Content & Campaigns
Job level: 6
Department: Operations GBS
Organization -  Global Business Services, Bangalore, India

Shape the HCP campaigns that bring our GLP-1 and cardiovascular therapies to life across international markets. If you are excited by the chance to lead omnichannel content from brief to launch – and see your work reach healthcare professionals serving millions of patients – this is your role.

Your new role

As Project Lead - HCP Content & Campaigns in IO-FAST, you will drive the development and delivery of HCP-focused content and campaigns across our obesity, diabetes (GLP-1) and cardiovascular therapy areas, including new launch products. Working hand-in-hand with Medical, Marketing, pilot markets and external agencies, you will own the journey from creative debrief to MLR submission to localised launch package – ensuring every asset is on-strategy, on-brand and on-time.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Leading content and campaign initiatives for HCP audiences across GLP-1 and cardiovascular therapy areas, ensuring continuity and optimisation of omnichannel promotional assets
  • Acting as a subject matter expert in content and campaign development, applying strong knowledge of digital content best practices across channels (email, banner ads, websites, IVAs, broadcast)
  • Driving the end-to-end process from debrief to content mapping to development with external agencies, including ownership of omnichannel promotional packages co-created with pilot and top-focused markets
  • Managing MLR submissions and approvals through Veeva Vault PromoMats, partnering closely with Medical, Legal and Regulatory reviewers
  • Ensuring localisation and uptake of promotional assets in major markets, and defining KPIs and metrics for continuous feedback and improvement
  • Partnering strategically with Medical & Marketing, IO-FAST and DK-based colleagues to align project plans, timelines and deliverables
  • Demonstrating leadership in change management and ways of working, contributing ideas that drive speed, agility and locally impactful campaigns

Your new department

The Operations GBS unit will drive executional excellence and efficiency by focusing on all operations-related activities, including execution of marketed brands, operations of medical affairs, omnichannel operations, commercial analytics, operational communications, customer fulfilment within commercial supply chain and sustainability.

You will be anchored in International Marketing & Commercial Operations GBS (IO-FAST) in Bangalore, within the Content & Campaigns team. We are the engine room behind the omnichannel HCP content that powers International Operations – partnering with markets, agencies and global stakeholders to deliver promotional assets that move at the speed of our ambition. International travel of 5–10 days per year should be expected.

Your skills & qualifications

We are looking for a strategic, hands-on content leader who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. You will bring with you:

  • A graduate degree in Pharma (B.Pharm), Science/Biotechnology (B.Sc) or Engineering (B.Tech); a Master's degree from a recognised institute is preferable
  • 6+ years of overall experience leading commercial pharma projects or pharma brand management, with strong exposure to content and campaign development for HCP audiences
  • Demonstrated expertise in Veeva Vault PromoMats and MLR processes, plus solid knowledge of digital asset production (email, banner ads, websites, IVAs) and broadcast email channels
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Wrike, Workfront, Asana, Smartsheet or Jira, and proven experience working with Agencies of Record (AOR)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex cross-functional landscapes (Medical & Science, Regulatory, Product Supply, Commercial) and influence at all levels
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, executive-level storylines
  • Advanced technical skills in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel (VBA, pivot tables) and MS Word

You are conceptual, analytical and strategic in your thinking, take ownership without prompting and bring the flexibility needed when business dynamics shift. Above all, you enjoy turning ideas into impact.
