We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to support R&D Legal by managing contract management lifecycle (CLM) workflows, driving process improvements, and developing Power Platform solutions that enhance efficiency, transparency, and quality across our legal operations.
About the department
The Global Legal, Intellectual Property, and Security (GLIPS) department within Global Business Services (GBS) in Bangalore provides high-quality operational and digital sup-port to Novo Nordisk’s global legal and IP functions. With a strong focus on efficiency, standardisation, and technology-enabled delivery, GLIPS GBS works closely with stake-holders across Research & Development, IT, Procurement, and Finance to enable compli-ant, scalable, and future-ready legal operations.
The position
You will be organisationally anchored in GLIPS GBS, Bangalore, while working exclusively with the R&D Legal team at Novo Nordisk headquarters in Denmark. In this role, you will act as a trusted operational and digital partner to R&D Legal, owning improvement initiatives end to end and contributing to the continuous development of modern legal operations.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Manage incoming contract requests: perform initial screening and validation, assign tasks to appropriate stakeholders, and coordinate approvals and signatures via Coupa, the CLM system used in Novo Nordisk, and DocuSign
- Support legal teams with Coupa workspace setup for lawyers and contract analysts
- Participate in R&D Legal team activities and meetings as an integral part of the team
- Work closely with the Associate Director of R&D Contracts on maintaining a prioritised list of improvement projects that you will own
- Maintain strategic relationships with key functional stakeholders to stay updated on the latest technological developments in Novo Nordisk that may benefit the team, incl. in IT, Procurement, and Finance
- Design executive-level presentations and manage SharePoint site content and updates
- Design, build, and deploy Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) to address internal use cases in R&D Legal
- Develop end-to-end Power Automate flows for process automation, approvals, notifications, system integrations, and scheduled workflows
- Model and maintain Dataverse: create and manage tables, relationships, security roles, and solutions
- Build dashboards and reports in Power BI to enable data-driven insights and decision-making
- Create connectors and integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel, AI Builder, and other enterprise systems
- Troubleshoot and optimize solutions: resolve issues, improve performance, and manage solution lifecycle across Dev–UAT–Prod environments
- Collaborate with global teams to deploy, support, and scale digital solutions.
- Maintain and enhance existing Power Apps, flows, and dashboards to meet evolving business needs
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), manage issue resolution, and track deployments
- Prepare and maintain documentation: support guides, process maps, system usage reports, and release notes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business administration, finance, computer application or equivalent degrees
- Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience
- Experience working with Coupa or another CLM system
- Minimum 3 year of experience in Project coordination activities
- Proficient in Microsoft Power Platform
- Good knowledge of MS office 365
- Good experience of generating various reports
- Excellent in written and spoken English
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is a quick learner
- Proactive and creative with attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure and prioritize your work
