The position

As a Project Associate at Novo Nordisk, you will be involved in Regular interaction with the stakeholders to provide status update on the ongoing projects and tasks along with preparing necessary documents & reports along with the analysis inputs for the stakeholders meeting. You will also have the opportunity to :

  • Have high degree of communication / interaction with the Legal & Compliance stakeholders.
  • Interact with stakeholders at different levels at International Operation business areas
  • which requires an ability to work and communicate effectively with people from many different cultures and at different organizational levels.
  • Create suppliers in Coupa and follow up with Coupa that they suppliers are created.
  • Have team members create/upload engagement letters to Coupa for invoices above DKK 1 mio and also provide assistance to the team members.
  • Send invoices to Coupa and Follow up with AP support that invoices are paid and also Keep overviews of invoices with details.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Computer Application or Equivalent Qualification
  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience;
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts payable activities
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Project coordination activities
  • Good knowledge of MS office applications
  • Good experience of generating various reports
  • Excellent in written and spoken English,
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is a quick learner
  • Proactive and creative with attention to detail.
  • Able to work under pressure and prioritize quickly,
  • Result oriented and organized - schedules and meet deadlines.

Global Legal - Global Business Services (GL-GBS) at Bangalore was established in 2011 and supports the Global legal organization across International Operations, North America Operations and Headquarters. The unit is anchored under Global Legal Operations and responsible for delivering efficient offshoring legal services in high quality. Examples include end-to-end contract management, trademark portfolio management, promotional materials review, export controls screenings, system/process management, data management, and digitalization.
