Your New Role
As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for –

  • Identify and map key stakeholders within the assigned region to implement company marketing initiatives, working closely with the Area Sales Manager.
  • Engage regularly with doctors to promote company products, address queries, overcome objections, and secure prescriptions.
  • Meet sales effectiveness KPIs by achieving required call averages, frequency, coverage, personal order bookings, and related targets.
  • Ensure timely supply and availability of products by liaising with C&FA agents and stockists and placing necessary orders.
  • Conduct ongoing prescription audits and competitive analysis to track doctor engagement, evaluate previous visit outcomes, and monitor competitor activity.
  • Support strategic segmentation of doctors, assist in order booking, and provide feedback on market developments to sales leadership.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, organise approved educational activities, and maintain disciplined, timely reporting and administrative processes.

Your Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharma or Life Science (full-time)
  • 1–7 years’ pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably with diabetes products
  • Strong knowledge of the territory, market, and stockists
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills
  • Solid business understanding and analytical abilities
