Your New Role

As a Senior Product Manager at Novo Nordisk, your roles & responsibilities are as follows:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan for the launch of a rare disease product in the specialty segment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of launch strategies.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand unmet needs and healthcare provider dynamics within the specific rare disease specialty segment.
  • Lead and oversee multiple projects aimed at therapy shaping within the rare disease space.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals to gather insights and foster support for the upcoming product launch.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly evaluate the success of launch strategies.
  • Manage branding for Rare Disease, Obesity, and Diabetes within the managed care business.

 

Your Skills and Qualification

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

  • Post-graduate MBA with specialization in Marketing from a premier B-school, preferably a science graduate.
  • Solid product marketing experience of 7 years, with initial sales experience of 2-3 years.
  • Strong strategic planning and project management skills.
  • Excellent market research and analysis capabilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in the rare disease, obesity, or diabetes space.
  • Familiarity with therapy shaping and launch strategies.
