The position

As a Product Manager you will be reporting to the Head of Marketing of the Obesity Business Unit. Our team is driven by the values of support, growth, and innovation, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and making a positive impact. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Participation in developing and implementation of strategic and tactical plans of the obesity portfolio, along customer journey steps.
  • Creation and execution of campaigns, content and events for healthcare professional engagements leveraging insights to continuously optimize the customer journey including omni-channel usage.
  • Lead generation, management and evaluation via engagement and traffic on content, campaigns and platforms.
  • Support communication of brand strategy and key messages to ensure organizational understanding.

 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

  • Graduate in Business, Finance or Life Science and an MBA degree from a Premier B School.
  • Total of 5+ years commercial and consultancy background, exposure to highly regulated industries is a plus.
  • Experience in content development and campaign execution / growth marketing and lead generation across offline and online channels with national and regional adaptations.
  • Strong understanding of digital campaign evaluation tools.
  • Product launch, brand management and strategy execution experience.
  • Event and congress management experience.
  • Agency management experience.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
