About the department
You will be joining our Finance and Procurement Global Business Services (GBS) team in Bangalore. Established in 2007, Finance and Procurement GBS supports various finance functions for Novo Nordisk globally. As part of this role, you will be part of our Finance Operations team, which is responsible for process improvements across Finance Operations including R2R, O2C, P2P.With 180 employees based in Denmark, 300 employees in India, and globally 500 people working in finance operation, we are a strategic partner to the execution of the company’s strategy for the International Operations.

The position
As a Process Manager - PE & KAM, you will:
- Manage key relationships between GBS and Affiliates of Region EM, ensuring seamless collaboration.
- Actively participate in monthly GBS/Affiliate calls, prepare call reports, and devel-op actionable plans.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with the GBS team to monitor progress and provide necessary support.
- Document all cases thoroughly and create comprehensive action plans to address quality gaps.
- Drive improvements in KPIs and establish robust controls for autonomous, high-quality operations.
- Provide insights and updates to Finance Directors and other leaders on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Administer the EM service quality survey to gather feedback and identify trends for improvement.
- Promote new applications of GBS and communicate effectively.
- Manage common EM issue logs and enhance operational performance in areas such as vendor payments, trade receivables, and failed payment analysis.
- Identify and lead opportunities for process re-engineering, digital transformation, and automation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, fostering a safe and healthy working environment.
Qualifications
- A master’s or graduate degree in Business or Finance.
- 10-15 years of experience in a finance organisation.
- Strong understanding of P2P, O2C, R2R, and Tax & Treasury process flows.
- Knowledge of internal controls and Sarbanes-Oxley (Sarbox) compliance.
- Strong analytical and data insight skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work with senior leadership teams.
- A Lean mindset and strong project management skills.
- Experience in transformation, continuous improvement, and digital/automation initiatives.
