The Position
As an Advanced Business Analyst your primary job is to gather requirements, create functional specifications, design the UI, work closely with the DevOps team to communicate requirements, come up with solutions, work with senior management and key stakeholders, and provide key technical support. Furthermore, being in a Power Platform Developer position you will deliver solutions for Quality Organisation as part of the Digital Quality team using the suite of Microsoft’s PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate / Dynamics Flow, PWA, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, custom development, and data integrations on the platform.. You are entrusted to fulfil the following responsibilities:
- Understand Quality Systems and acts as an interface between the business and be part of solution design and support existing solutions and enhancements where needed.
- Responsible for developing PowerApps model and canvas driven apps.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to understand LoB’s pain points and troubleshoot as challenges arise and Installation and configuration of data gateways.
- Development of Azure logic apps and functions and Power BI development.
- Provide architecture, configuration, administration, and functional support to expand capabilities in Microsoft 365.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (B.E./B.tech/MTech/MCA).
- Minimum 5 years of extensive experience in the Microsoft Power Platform – MS PowerApps, Flow, and Power BI.
- Strong .Net development experience with familiarity in C#, ASP.Net MVC, Entity Framework, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Good knowledge SQL database, able to connect DB, query, write procedures etc.
- Experience as a SharePoint Site Owner and/or Site Collection Administrator.
- Business systems analysis and support experience.
- Strong foundational knowledge of Office 365 platform including Exchange, Intune, Azure AD, and Azure ecosystem.
- Prior experience with SOA/web services design and programming; experience with SharePoint 2016, ASP.NET MVC and JavaScript.
- Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences.
- Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
- Should be able to explain new ideas and demonstrate ideas to a large audience with good presentation skills.
- Effective stakeholder management of multiple verticals and sharing timely updates with senior management.

We are responsible for supporting and development of overall quality services, such as content control, digital solutions, quality and compliance management , records management for various units within Novo Nordisk. Digital Quality team leads adoption of digital technology with a common goal of improving efficiency & digital innovation in Novo Nordisk Quality organisations. The team aims to work towards increase in efficiency of Quality Assurance, Quality Work and Quality Processes by providing clear guidance on digitalisation and removing barriers towards digitalisation. Keeping patients and patient safety in mind, ensuring quality by using technology on quality data of organisational activities, processes and models to fully leverage the changes and opportunities in the present and future. Team consists mis of dynamic talents in the field of Data science, Analytics, UI/UX, Process automation and standardisation.
