The position

As a Multi-Channel Engagement Professional, your main responsibility in NN India would be to support the strategic direction of Multichannel. You will work closely with key stakeholders to develop and implement the strategy for MCE, both for our current and future business. Your specific duties will include:

  • Identifying and prioritizing MCE opportunities during the development phase.
  • Creating a comprehensive plan to optimize HCP engagement with our new therapies for the treatment of Diabetes and Rare Diseases.
  • Collaborating with relevant stakeholders within and outside the Customer Engagement (CE) department.
  • Driving decision-making processes for MCE initiatives in coordination with MCE activities and initiatives within Diabetes and Rare Diseases, as well as MCE activities driven by IOSO.
  • Designing and implementing the MCE ecosystem for NN India based on the MCE direction and strategy. This will require a thorough technical assessment in collaboration with Business IT to ensure the best use of the existing platform both within and outside of Novo Nordisk.
  • Enabling the sales and medical teams to deliver the right message through the right channel to the right customer, at the right time. This will help to maximize the impact of our reach and the brand messaging of our products.

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum - bachelor’s degree (Economics, Econometrics, Marketing, Communications, Market Research, Business, Computer science, Engineering, Natural Science, or other relevant disciplines).
  • Advanced Digital Marketing/Business qualification (e.g. MBA) is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated broad marketing mix strategy experience with expertise in all digital channels.
  • Proven experience from product management and/or marketing role in any industries.
  • Demonstrated self-starter with experience working in multi-national and multi-functional teams.
  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience working with multi-channel and digital marketing mix.
  • Proven analytical capability and proven strategic leadership with an ability to synthesize insights, create focus, and influence the organisation to move forward.
  • Proven strategic thinking and analytics skills.
  • Strong data analysis skills. Expertise in tools (e.g. at least but not limited to, MS Excel, QlikSense, Tableau, etc.).

 

Nice to have:

  • Proven experience of working in a regulated environment – ideally pharmaceutical or healthcare context.
  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical product management/marketing role.
  • Experience working with e.g. Medical Affairs and other units in a pharmaceutical organisation.
  • International working experience is an advantage.
  • A good understanding of the global and India  pharmaceutical market.
  • Diabetes or other endocrine therapy area knowledge is an advantage.
  • Technical expertise regarding infrastructure such as CMS, CRM systems.
  • Understanding of direct marketing analytics and database architecture would be a benefit.
