About the Department
The Commercial & Corporate affairs department is responsible for creating insights to launch a product, Market intel, Forecasting, Multichannel customer engagement planning, Global Brand Strategy & Tactics. Comprising of Project Management, Brand Management, Brand Communications, Life cycle Management of a product.
The Position
As a Marketing Automation Manager, the key responsibilities include, building & executing multichannel/digital campaigns based on OCE-Marketing and SFMC suite of features and functionalities. Collect relevant data for campaign analysis and reporting to markets.
Stakeholder management close collaboration with relevant stakeholders to ensure efficient set-up and execution of multichannel campaigns, according to the agreed campaign touchpoint, content and timeline. Master local data model: build data extensions and create relevant segments, perform routine database tests to manage the health of the database.
- Building & executing timely multichannel campaigns in OCE-Marketing/SFMC; o Translate sales/marketing requirements to functional marketing automation campaigns.
- Driving execution excellence and Proficient in leveraging various studios & builders in SFMC platform for running marketing campaigns. Studios - Email, Web, Mobile etc. Builders – Journey, Contact, Audience, Content, etc.
- Subject matter expert on Sales force marketing cloud suite and experience working with broader marketing cloud ecosystem such as Interaction Studio, CDP and Datorama would be an added advantage.
- Deep hands-on understanding of SFMC’s data extension architecture, integration capabilities & automation capabilities.
- Working understanding of JavaScript/jQuery, HTML5/CSS3(Complex Email/Landing Pages Responsive Development).
Qualifications
- Master degree or above in relevant area.
- 7+ years of proven track record as a Marketing Automation specialist in a similar sized company. Experience working with Pharma would be highly preferred. Salesforce and/or OCE-Marketing certification is a plus but not a requirement.
- Potential experience with other campaign management and automation tools such as Adobe Campaign Manager, Mail Chimp, Eloqua, Hub Spot etc is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills (written/verbal) – should be able to translate marketing requirements into functional campaigns.
- Experience as Business Analyst is a plus.
- Data management; building data extension/segments, experience preparing data for importing/uploading and familiarity with data import tools.
- Experience with AMP script and HTML and good knowledge of SQL, SSJS & Amp scripting.
- Self-motivated, strong attention to detail, and focused on delivering the best possible experience for our customers (Healthcare Professions).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented climate; across functional areas and multiple locations.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills and Fluent in spoken and written English.
