As a Legal Associate you will be responsible for –
- Contracting & Legal Documentation Management
Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of legal agreements (including MSAs, consultancy, and other service contracts) and ensure effective contract lifecycle management. - Regulatory, Compliance & Policy Advisory
Provide legal advice on business initiatives, internal policies. Analyse implications of evolving laws, industry trends, and regulatory developments, and translate them into actionable guidance for the business. - Risk Assessment & Operational Support
Identify and assess legal and compliance risks across business initiatives, advise employees on day‑to‑day legal and compliance queries, and provide practical, solution-oriented legal /compliance recommendations aligned with business objectives. - Audits, Investigations & Dispute Support
Provide support during Audits, including documentation, response coordination, and closure of audit findings. Assist in handling regulatory queries, disputes, and litigation in collaboration with external counsel. - Training, Awareness & Capability Building
Conduct workshops and training sessions on legal, compliance, and business ethics topics. Drive awareness and consistent application of policies and procedures across functions.
Your skills & qualifications
- LLB with a strong experience in legal documents, contracts, statutory compliance.
- 4-6 years of experience in Risk management, Contract Management.
- Excellent Communication & Written English skills.
- Experience in driving compliance program, assessment & action.

We provide legal counsel and support in areas related to the business, including corporate law, real estate, tax, business litigation, transactions/antitrust, compliance, intellectual property, employment/labour, corporate governance, ethics, and more. Our team is dedicated to maintaining customer focus and engaging internal and external contacts by demonstrating the importance of complying with relevant laws and policies. We are based in a dynamic and collaborative environment, working closely with various functions to support Novo Nordisk’s mission.
