The Position
As an Adobe Experience Manager Architect, you will:

Design, develop, and implement AEM-based solutions that align with business requirements and technical specifications.

Lead architectural discussions and design sessions with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements for the Adobe Experience Cloud migration and new target architecture.

Provide expert guidance on AEM best practices, including content modelling, workflows, and component development.

Collaborate closely with System Management and development teams to ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment processes are followed.

Oversee the integration of AEM with other technologies and platforms, especially in the context of the ongoing migration and move to target architecture.

Stay current with Adobe Experience Manager updates, enhancements, and market trends.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
-
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or a related field. Master’s Degree is good to have.

With over 14 years of overall experience, including more than 4 years specializing in designing AEM architecture solutions.

Proven experience as an AEM Architect or similar role with extensive knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager.

Strong understanding of AEM components, templates, and workflows.

Knowledge of web services and integration techniques.
-
Experience in Agile methodologies.
-
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
-
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently.

Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in AEM (Good to have).

You will report to the Director / Head of Commercial DD&IT GBS in the global DD&IT unit based in Bangalore, India. Our area consists of approximately 145 highly skilled professionals, all working with Commercial stakeholders in a highly matrixed organisation with a global footprint.
