  • Define, refine and prioritise the product backlog with Product Owners, and facilitate decisions on scope and priorities so delivery keeps moving.
  • Optimise business processes by identifying root causes, risks and dependencies, and recommend solution designs based on business value, feasibility and compliance.
  • Ensure traceability from business objectives through design, development, testing and deployment, and govern the quality of requirements throughout.
  • Coordinate release planning, testing and UAT with architects, developers and QA, and lead change management, training and adoption so new capabilities are used in real life.
