About the department
Global Business Services (GBS) General Management is the central unifying department in Global Business Service (GBS), responsible for enabling the business of the various GBS units. It is a critical unit in GBS Bangalore, involved in devising strategy for GBS as a whole and help in setting direction for the various GBS units based on inspiration from the global shared services industry. The unit is also host to the GBS management team and is responsible for overseeing and driving strategic projects that are of a cross functional nature. 

 

The position
The position reports to Head of GIA (Group Internal Audit) at Global Business Services (GBS). You will be responsible to startegise the policies within Novo Nordisk (NN)’s audit program and act as an advisor and assist in end to end audit. 

 

Furthermore, you will be aligned with Group Internal Audit team and actively be a part of compliance, business ethics and financial reviews. You will be part of the Internal Audits of Novonordisk and its affiliates and assist in the review of transactions, documents and report of audit. Hence, work and participate on key internal audits.

 

Qualifications
You hold a bachelor’s degree in commerce or MBA Finance or Chartered Accountant, may be Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) would be an added advantage with 2- 3 years of experience in risk management and/or internal audit.

 

You are expected to have deep strategic mindset coupled with ethics in the area of finance and audit.
