About the department
The People and Organisation (P&O) function at Novo Nordisk designs strategies for Recruitment, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, Mobility, Reporting and Analytics. Our Global Business Services (GBS) People Operations (PO) department, based in Bangalore, supports the global P&O in achieving its strategies. As an HR Professional II, you will be a key player in our team, contributing to the success of our department and the overall organization.


The position
As an HR Professional II, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Provide administrative support to recruiters and the Line of Business (LoB).
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for the recruitment process and Application tracking system (SuccessFactors-Recruit).
  • Prepare requisitions and handle Concur Expense Audit/Invoicing.
  • Manage and maintain tools and deliver data that supports the recruitment process.
  • Develop and continuously improve processes and standards, including implementation and training in your own area or across the organization.


To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Limited degree of independence in connection to the above. 
  • However, as innovation is critical in respect to LEAN including continuous optimization, employees are expected to be proactive and take an active part in the People Operations GBS, Bangalore.
  • NN Recruitment, CoE. LoB and employee Data Management experience.
  • Proactively seek to optimize recruitment processes and develop new reporting dashboards.
  • Provide updated information on requisitions and candidates in used systems.
  • The job requires cultural awareness and the ability to communicate with stakeholders with a diverse cultural background.
