The position

As the Global TRM Insights Lead, you will manage the design and deployment of an insights strategy for Global Total Rewards and Mobility (TRM) Centre of Excellence. You will lead the analysis and reporting of TRM data at a global level, as well as provide guidance and consultation to HRBPs and leaders as a subject matter expert in the mentioned area.

You will keep up to date with research and analytical approaches and best practices around data analytics, technology, and insights. You will also oversee the design of research and analytics projects and manage their execution including relevant stakeholder management, communication and change management.

You will provide analysis, reports, insights and advice for the benefit of stakeholders in Novo Nordisk and lead the design and setup of dashboards and systems to report TRM data.

You will be a subject matter expert in data analytics and insights and stay abreast with the latest trends and research in this area, contributing to the department’s collective knowledge of TRM.

You will closely cooperate with HRBPs and people leaders, build and maintain trusting, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, inside and outside of the organisation.



A university degree with a mathematical or statistical component is preferred. You have a minimum 5-8 years of proven experience leading insights/research /analytics projects within or on behalf of global organisations, as well as significant experience in HR data analysis and reporting, including design of dashboards.

From a technical perspective, we expect you have knowledge and experience in different analytical and visualization tools: Power BI, QlikSense, Tableau to name a few. We expect our candidates to have experience in geographical areas other than home country and in working with projects and people across borders. Experience with HRIT systems and implementation of global projects and change management would be an advantage.

On a personal level, you are good at planning, coordinating & prioritizing activities to ensure optimal use of resources in the department, as well as good negotiation, communication & collaboration skills. You are strict with deadlines. You can relate to people in a diverse & international environment and to handle numerous tasks simultaneously. You are analytical and pay close attention to details. You demonstrate quick problem-solving capability and able to work in stressful situations. You take initiative and are innovative with an ability to work independently and as a part of the team.


About the department

You will be a part of the Global Total Rewards & Mobility team reporting to the Global Head, Rewards and Mobility Development. We can consider work location options with some travel to other regional offices.
