About the department

The Commercial Global Business Services (GBS) unit is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas including Diabetes, Obesity, Cardiovascular and Emerging therapies areas, Market Access & Pricing, Sustainability, and Omnichannel Operations. In Obesity Therapy Area, we are focused on changing the way obesity is viewed and treated today, as well as increasing the number of people who receive innovative treatments and quality care. We drive and execute projects across a strong portfolio comprising of both launch and life-cycle management brands

 

The position

As a TAW Content Lead professional at Novo Nordisk, you will:

  • Co-lead the omnichannel content strategy and expansion for the Truth About Weight (TAW) globally and with key regions/affiliates.
  • Develop compelling stories and formats for TAW, ensuring the content is relevant and engaging for a wide audience, including people with obesity.
  • Analyze market dynamics and create insight-based core stories for global campaigns and Analyze a broad range of topics and create relevant content streams.
  • Guide agencies and partners for online media and communicate effectively with a broad audience, including people with obesity.
  • Utilize digital media knowledge to integrate into planning and aligning messages.

 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or above in a relevant area.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience with digital consulting, marketing firms, and/or other related roles.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is not mandatory but will be an advantage.
  • Strong background in communication with experience in disease awareness initiatives.
  • Proven experience in content strategy development and implementation, particularly in a digital context with an understanding of omnichannel content strategy.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing stakeholder relationships effectively.
  • Knowledge of digital media platforms (Google & social media) and their utilization in content promotion.
  • Strategic mindset and demonstrates creativity and innovation in applying solutions for the benefit of stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
