About the department

The Commercial & Corporate Affairs – Global Business Services (CCA GBS) unit is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Senior Vice President (SVP) and Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas, including Global Public Affairs and Sustainability (GPAS), Patient Access, Marketing, Commercial Planning and Content hub.  With a significant growth outlook for Novo Nordisk, it is of very high importance that the right environmental solutions are created to drive the change towards zero environmental impact. In addition to driving innovative market development and communication efforts, the unit is responsible for the global commercialization and optimization of Saxenda® and Obesity & NASH pipelines.

 

The position

As a Data Management and Analytics Professional, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Data management and analytics of diabetes health equity metrics.
  • Health equity and CDiC reporting and documentation.
  • ESG audit “Patients reached via Novo Nordisk Access to Insulin Commitment".
  • Reporting and data collection automatization and optimisation where and when needed. 
  • Develop organisational-facing platform to clearly communicate health equity impact and   Conceptualize impact assessment framework.
     

Qualification

  • 5+ years of experience working with reporting, analytics and Data Visualization.
  • Master Excel and can create forecast and reporting tools as needed.
  • System and data management experience.
  • Consolidating large amounts of data into presentable formats for clear dissemination.
  • Experience with PowerBI is an advantage.
  • Experience in reporting and documentation and Experience in public health preferred, but not mandatory
  • Experience in social sector is an advantage
