The position

As a Global Project Lead - Adobe Target, you will:

• Execute all Congress Hub-related journeys for global congresses.

• Create and deploy congress-specific target journeys using Adobe Experience Cloud.

• Perform A/B testing and site personalisation to enhance user experience.

• Work with data layers and analytics, specifically AEM-related.

• Act as an Adobe Target/Optimizely gatekeeper, handling congress-specific requests and escalations during live congresses.

• Increase the commercial value of Congress Hub globally through optimisation initiatives such as segmentation and visitor engagement improvements.

• Build strong optimisation hypotheses and articulate them to international stakeholders.

• Utilise Adobe Target to build activities, validate implementation, conduct QA, and communicate progress.

• Establish reporting frameworks to measure the impact of optimisation activities using tools like Adobe Analytics.

• Develop a global optimisation roadmap and prioritise activities based on business needs and strategy.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Need to have:

· Degree or Master’s degree in a relevant field. – 5+ years of relevant work experience. - Expertise in optimisation, data, and analytics.

· Hands-on experience with Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics dashboards. - Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and W3 standards.

· Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills for an international audience. - Fluency in written and spoken English.

· Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop strong working relationships and effectively influence all levels of the business .

· Demonstrate capability to take ownership and accountability of deliverables assigned and deliver in high quality within tight deadlines .

· Ability to get an overview of data sets and interpret results, generate insights and recommend strategies .

· Experience working with website optimisation and personalisation in a global organization

· Understanding of relevant statistical principles. - UX and customer journey awareness.

· Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Congress Excellence - Global Medical Affairs, Product & Portfolio Strategy, headquartered in Denmark, is part of Global Business Services (GBS) in Bangalore, India. The team comprises highly motivated project managers responsible for both onsite and digital congress planning and execution, alongside a dedicated graphic designer and copywriter. In close collaboration with the Global Medical Affairs teams in Denmark, we deliver clear, evidence-based scientific and medical communications about our products to the external scientific community. Our mission is to design and co-create exemplary engagement across all congress activities that support lead generation and increase visibility of Novo Nordisk congress initiatives.
