The position

As a Global Pricing Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will:
 

  • Drive the pricing strategy, guidance, and forecast development within the assigned therapy area(s).
  • Maximize business opportunities by driving operational pricing in operations within the assigned therapy area(s), including PBC and launch sequence.
  • Generate pricing insights to guide strategies and decision-making on drug development, investment decisions, launch strategies, and price business cases.
  • Innovate pricing operations through automation and visualization of systems and tools. Share insights with stakeholders, collect feedback, and involve in discussions to arrive at conclusions and define next steps.
  • Take ownership of deliverables from end-to-end and continuously improve processes. Drive pilot projects, track progress, ensure future stabilization, and train users in regional teams.
     

Qualifications

To be our new Global Pricing Manager, we are looking for someone with:
 

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, business administration, finance, or a similar field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in pharma pricing, market access, business analytics, or finance from an affiliate, regional, or headquarters role or from a consultancy.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
  • Business acumen, strategic and operational thinking, and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Technical proficiency in automating reports and visualizing data in Power BI and other visualization tools.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.

 

About the department

You will join our Commercial - GBS unit, which is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas within Commercial - GBS. This includes Insulin, GLP-1 and Obesity Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Planning, and Commercial Operations. Our dynamic and fast-paced team in Bangalore, India, works together to make a difference in the lives of patients worldwide.
