The position

As a Lead for Value Strategy and Payer Evidence at Novo Nordisk, you will:

  • Lead for asset evaluation and planning for early assets. 
  • Be the market access voice for pipeline planning and evaluate the size of opportunities, market value drivers, and the policy, competitive, and reimbursement landscape.
  • Initiate early strategic thinking on HTA and reimbursement strategy, and map submission requirements and market access barriers across key markets.
  • Lead pre-launch preparation activities on payer value communication strategy and planning.
  • Collaborate with regions and affiliates, utilizing your payer negotiation skills and argumentation and initiate and develop target access profiles, market access strategies, and payer value stories for assets.
     

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • University master’s degree in economics or health economics, public health science, life sciences or similar.
  • Experience  of 8-10 years of experience in value strategy, value communication or health economics and health outcomes research, ideally within pharmaceutical industry or consultancy.
  • Demonstrates ability to understand and interpret clinical/health economic data and translate findings into impactful communication materials.

The Commercial – GBS unit is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas within Commercial – GBS. This includes Insulin, GLP-1 and Obesity Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Planning, and Commercial Operations.
