The position
As an Associate Global HEOR Lead, you will:
- Support the development and execution of Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) strategies and plans for relevant brands.
- Lead evidence generation including HE model(s) development, economic evaluation, cost and health-related quality-of-life studies, and indirect treatment comparisons.
- Contribute to the Global Reimbursement Dossier for affiliates to access relevant HEOR data and tools.
- Support affiliates with reimbursement and Health Technology Appraisal (HTA) submissions and support internal and external training and presentations on HEOR to disseminate and communicate research findings across the organization.
- Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to facilitate the design of retrospective and prospective studies, contributing to study design, analytical plans, data collection plans, analysis, and interpretation of research findings. Execute HEOR publications, effectively communicating scientific evidence through abstracts, posters, and peer-reviewed publications.
Qualification
- University master’s degree in health economics, outcomes research, epidemiology, or statistics/biostatistics.
- Documented training in health economics or outcomes research.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in health economics and health outcomes research, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry or consultancy.
- Proven strong scientific publication track record (in peer-reviewed manuscripts).

The Commercial – GBS unit is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Senior Vice President (SVP) areas within Commercial – GBS, including Diabetes, Obesity, Rare D, and CETA TA areas.
