What you’ll do
You will be the creative hand behind many of Global Corporate Affairs’ most visible materials, balancing planned initiatives with ad hoc requests while keeping quality high.
• Interpret stakeholder briefs, objectives and content, and turn them into practical, purpose-driven designs delivered on time, even when priorities shift.
• Design and elevate leadership presentations and communication materials for important meetings and business initiatives.
• Create presentations, newsletters (using Microsoft Word and Dot Digital), icons, templates, motion graphics and video support for social media, suited to different audiences, platforms and formats.
• Convert dense information and data into clear, accessible visual stories, and enhance the design of SharePoint sites and pages to improve user experience.
• Build intuitive templates, master designs and adaptable visual frameworks that help teams create consistent, brand-aligned materials.
• Keep stakeholders informed on scope, progress, timelines and dependencies, and look for ways to streamline workflows, including responsible use of AI-enabled tools.
• Act as a sparring partner for design colleagues, stakeholders and agencies, and run training and knowledge-sharing sessions on creative and design best practice.
Who you’ll work with
You will join Global Corporate Affairs, part of People, Organisation & Corporate Affairs, where colleagues help create an engaging, inclusive workplace and attract and develop the talent needed to support Novo’s purpose.
Your closest partners will be GCA stakeholders and senior leaders, who rely on you for clear, polished materials, alongside internal teams, creative and design colleagues and external agencies.
