Your new role
You will be offered the opportunity to create seamless and impactful patient experiences by driving innovation and collaboration to improve patient outcomes and support people living with obesity and overweight, along the entire patient journey
Your key accountabilities encompass the following:
- Design, implement, and optimise patient-centric strategies that align with Novo Nordisk’s business development goals.
- Identify and prioritise patient journey touchpoints to enhance patient engagement and outcomes.
- Facilitate the ecosystem of touchpoints for people seeking help, optimising channel selection and driving innovation in digital channels (Search, Web, Social Media, AI).
- Build and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders to improve obesity management.
- Monitor, evaluate, and improve the effectiveness of engagement initiatives with a data-driven approach.
- Represent the patient perspective in strategic discussions, advocating for initiatives that improve patient access, satisfaction, and adherence.
- Ensure compliance with relevant business ethics procedures, local laws, our ways of working (Novo Nordisk Way), policies, and guidelines.

Your skills & qualifications
As a person, you bring a highly collaborative and commercially minded spirit. As a true expert in activation through new digital channels , you bring valuable market insights and a collaborative spirit, enabling effective teamwork across functions and borders.
We expect our candidates to meet the with the following qualifications:
- A degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare, business, or digital innovation) and proven experience of minimum 7-8 years in patient engagement, customer experience, or other related field
- Experience from a highly regulated industries such as e.g. pharma, healthcare, nutrition) is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of digital channels and their application in healthcare (e.g., Search, Web, Social Media, AI).
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and act on insights
- A strong understanding of the healthcare landscape on-and offline and familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry
- Strong financial acumen with expertise in developing revenue models, business cases
- A high degree of independence, seeking guidance only on complex issues
- Managed external stakeholders and are able to select, run and holds agencies and other suppliers accountable for delivery
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence management and cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and deliver results
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with tailoring content to specific audiences
