About the department
Global Finance GBS Bangalore was established in 2007, is currently responsible for supporting Accounting, Finance & Procurement, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for Headquarters, region Europe, North America, International Operations (IO) & GBS Bangalore. The main purpose of our existence is to provide superior service to our stakeholders consistently and add value to the processes in terms of standardisation and efficiency

 

The position
The position will report to Team Leader-Commercial Analytics. Your main responsibility is to generate insights for the stakeholders, utilizing the Channel Dynamics database. You will be required to take up initiatives to uphold stakeholder management pertaining to queries and reports meeting their business objectives.

 

Furthermore, you will be responsible to generate and manage monthly deliverables through Excel/PowerPoint/Word. Also, address the ad-hoc report requests of stakeholders on daily basis.
 

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible to manage multiple projects and stakeholders assigned to you. The position will be dealing with stakeholders across the globe, except U.S. and Canada. You will be driving the project and stakeholder discussions and deliver tactical/strategic insights meeting the business objective.

 

Qualifications
You hold a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree (preferably in pharma/biotech) with 4-5 years’ experience in analytics, and consulting. 

Working experience of Ms. Excel, Ms. PowerPoint, and Ms. Word is a must. Experience in any of the advanced BI (Power BI, Qlik Sense, etc.) or analytics (SQL, Python, etc.) tool will be an added advantage.

Understanding of IQVIA database is required and experience in SFE (Sales Force Excellence) would be an added advantage. Exposure to Client/Stakeholder interactions in current or previous organization is a must.
