About the department

Global IT India is a team of 600+ highly skilled IT professionals located in Global Business Services (GBS) Bangalore. The main role of Global IT India is to 'manage' IT, which includes System Management, Project Management, Infrastructure Management, Compliance Management, Security Management, Process Management and Vendor Management. Commercial IT department is an integral part of the Global IT Organization within GBS India and is responsible for delivering projects and managing systems for Sales, Marketing, Medical & Market Access teams. In Global IT, we drive projects, manage critical IT systems, services and infrastructure used along the entire value chain of Novo Nordisk.

 

The position

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for the Operation and Maintenance of critical CRM systems. You will be responsible for ensuring that the system operation requests/incidents are handled timely within agreed SLA’s, understand the business requirements from the stakeholders by providing technical solutions and manage the expectations of customers, system owners and other key stakeholders concerning the use of the IT systems.

Relating to process ensure that the change management processes are followed correctly. Demonstrate excellent business, system understanding and pro-activeness and ownership. You will be responsible for driving/participate in activities related to implementation of system enhancements. You must provide ITIL related support, including change/release and problem management as well as enhancing good team spirit and high degree of knowledge sharing. You will be responsible for communicating and collaborating closely with the key stakeholders including follow-up on deliverables and services according to agreements.

 

Qualifications

Below qualifications are required.

•     Graduates having Bachelor’s degree with minimum 4 years of IT experience

•     3+ years of experience working on SFDC configuration, customisation & system operations.

•     Experience in salesforce configuration like Workflows, Validation, Approval process, Custom Metadata, and support operations.

•     Experience in data loads using apex data loader and workbench

•    Hands on in Apex development, Visual Force, Lightning Components, Triggers, Batch scheduling, experience in deployment and migration of change sets.

•     Experience in Salesforce Admin activities (user & profile management, permission sets, territory management, product management etc)

•     Proficient in SOQL, SOSL , SQL & relational databases

•     Experience in Agile and SDLC methodology

•     Strong presentation, verbal, and written communications skills

•     Excellent communication skills, comfortable working with different countries across multiple time zones

•     High degree of flexibility and good interpersonal skills

•     Experience with Pharma business processes good to have and Experience with IQVIA OCE CRM or any Salesforce Pharma CRM (good to have)
