Your new role
As Brand Lead – US Market, you will partner closely with the US marketing team (Established Brands Unit) to build robust brand strategies and drive execution of omnichannel marketing initiatives across an exciting portfolio. You'll be the connective tissue between strategy and execution, translating market insights into campaigns that engage HCPs and patients across every touchpoint.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Leading development and execution of brand tactics aligned to the overall strategy – including key messaging, positioning and tactical planning across the assigned portfolio
- Developing personal and non-personal HCP and patient marketing and promotional plans, and driving deployment across digital, CRM and paid media channels
- Collaborating with forecasting, pricing and market access teams to shape commercial narratives that support brand revenue targets and overall sales performance
- Managing PRB / MLR regulatory review processes, including updates, recertifications and approvals of marketing assets in Veeva Vault PromoMats to ensure full compliance
- Partnering with cross-functional teams (medical, regulatory, analytics, omnichannel operations and external agencies) to ensure seamless campaign execution
- Tracking performance metrics, analysing campaign effectiveness and contributing to optimisation recommendations
- Representing the team in cross-functional forums and supporting knowledge sharing and capability-building across Operations GBS
International travel of 5–10 days per year should be expected.
Your new department
You will be anchored within International Marketing & Commercial, Operations GBS in Bangalore – a team that partners directly with our US affiliate to accelerate brand performance across Established Brands. Here, marketing strategy, omnichannel execution and analytics come together to deliver campaigns that reach patients and HCPs at scale, and you will play a central role in raising the bar for how we work.
Your skills & qualifications
We're looking for a strategic, hands-on marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, stakeholder-rich environment and enjoys turning complex topics into clear, compelling communications. You'll bring with you:
- A graduate degree in Pharma (B.Pharm), Science/Biotechnology (B.Sc) or Engineering (B.Tech); a Master's degree from a well-recognised institute is preferred, along with a strong academic track record
- 7+ years' experience leading commercial pharma projects or pharma brand management, with demonstrated ability to deliver omnichannel marketing initiatives (US market experience is an advantage)
- Hands-on expertise in Veeva Vault PromoMats and MLR submissions, combined with strong project management skills and proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel (VBA, pivots) and Word
- Strong strategic and analytical capabilities – able to interpret datasets, synthesise insights and translate them into executive-level storylines and actionable recommendations
- Proven success collaborating with complex, cross-functional stakeholders (Medical, Regulatory, Product Supply, Commercial) and external agencies/vendors
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills, with the interpersonal agility to influence at all levels and take ownership of deliverables with minimal supervision
