The Position

The main responsibility is to ensure best in class customer experience, to drive projects from production of assets in Content Hub to execution in multichannel platforms. Act as a key Project Manager for internal customers of Content Hub (Multichannel Engagement) vertical.


  • Single point of contact and orchestrates the communication flow between Brand Managers and Demand Manager, ensuring all demands will be implemented and delivered as requested.
  • Lead preparation and execution of meetings with internal customers to understand and analyse requirements, present solutions, and agree on delivery scope.
  • Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress.
  • Managing incoming production requests from assigned global brands and affiliates and is responsible for the coordination with external advertising agencies and production partners to secure smooth production and delivery of assets.
  • He/she is naturally able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Strong clients focus and commitment to continuous improvement of customer experience and affinity to Content Hub.
  • Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new options and develop creative approaches to deliver according to the Content Hub KPI’s.



•    Hold a bachelor’s degree or above in relevant area.

•    4+ years of experience in project management and client services.

•    Excellent verbal and written Communication skills.

•    Experience in a Digital Content Factory and with multichannel execution

•    Pharmaceutical industry experience is very desirable

•    Proven analytical and problem-solving skills

•    Content production in different channels including but not limited to emails and websites.

•    Knowledge of email marketing and marketing automation concept

•    Knowledge of website CMS platform - Adobe Experience Manager

•    Comfortable to work in European shift timing.


About the department

The Commercial & Corporate Affairs – Global Business Services (GBS) unit is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas within Commercial & Corporate Affairs, including Insulin, GLP-1 and Obesity Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Planning and Commercial Operations. The Commercial & Corporate Affairs unit also supports Biopharma global marketing for Haemophilia and growth disorders. In Obesity Commercial Unit, we are focused on changing the way obesity is viewed and treated today, as well as increasing number of people who receive innovative treatments and quality care.  In addition to driving innovative market development and communication efforts, the unit is responsible for the global commercialization and optimization of Saxenda® and Obesity & NASH pipelines.
