Bangalore, Karnataka, IN
Department: Operations GBS
Organization: Novo Nordisk Global Business Services (GBS) India
Lead Content & Omnichannel Campaigns for Health care Practitioners with life-changing GLP-1 therapies across global markets. In this role, you'll bridge strategy and execution—driving content innovation from concept to deployment in collaboration with regions and affiliates while shaping how we engage HCPs in the Diabetes and Obesity space.
Your new role
As Associate Project Lead for HCP Content & Campaigns, you'll be at the heart of International Operations FAST's digital transformation, orchestrating end-to-end campaign development that drives measurable impact across the GLP-1 ecosystem. You'll work at the intersection of content strategy, technology, and commercial execution—partnering with agencies, markets, and cross-functional teams to deliver promotional assets that resonate.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Driving and leading content and campaign creation projects from IO FAST focused towards HCPs in the obesity and diabetes GLP-1 therapy areas
- Co-leading the process from brief to execution—from content mapping through to development of omnichannel promotional packages with external agencies and pilot markets.
- Experience in working with AOR (Agency of Records), developing and governing global content standards, frameworks, and best practices across IO-FAST markets, while driving the strategic roadmap for omnichannel campaign evolution.
- Owning the development of promotional assets through Veeva Vault PromoMats and MLR processes, ensuring compliance and quality across all marketing channels
- Establishing structured metrics for omnichannel promotional assets with focus on continued feedback, iteration, and performance improvement
- Drive and lead good project planning, timings and deadlines for the process from when receiving a brief together with DK based colleague, to the content mapping on to the content and asset development, submission and MLR in Veeva, creating the launch and localization packages.
- Analysing current and future scenarios to support data-driven decision-making across campaign strategies, while demonstrating agility in navigating complex project scenarios.
