The position
As an Associate Manager Audit Support, you will:
- Lead, engage and develop employees in own area, and drive culture in line with Novo Nordisk way (Novo Nordisk culture).
- Operate and continuously improve the risk and planning process for Quality Audits and provide required novoGloW support to Quality Audits.
- Drive standardisation and digitalization efforts across support processes to optimise service, cost and stakeholder satisfaction in alignment with Quality Audits Centre of Excellence department in Denmark
- Collect stakeholder feedback to improve and expand support services to provide more value in an even more efficient manner contributing to area ambition.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who can meet the following qualifications:
- Master’s degree or equivalent with 10+ years of experience and demonstrated impact in core business processes.
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and engage teams with a focus on value-based management.
- In-depth knowledge of quality management and the pharmaceutical industry, with a strategic ability to see the bigger picture.
- Strong stakeholder and change management skills, with experience handling complex projects and setting critical business priorities.
- Visionary mindset, organizational excellence, and a passion for leadership to drive success in a dynamic environment.

Our team includes 9 talented employees who operates in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where we continuously strive to improve our processes and deliver exceptional support services. Located in Bangalore, our department is committed to fostering a collaborative and innovative atmosphere, where every team member can make a significant impact.
The department is closely related to the QAudits Centre of Excellence located in Denmark.
