Your new role
As Associate Manager – Digital Capability Building, you will be at the forefront of accelerating AI and Generative AI adoption across Novo Nordisk India. This is a role where you connect cutting-edge technology with real people – enabling commercial and cross-functional teams to work smarter, faster, and with greater impact for patients.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Driving awareness, capability, and sustainable adoption of approved AI tools across commercial and cross-functional teams
- Identifying high-impact AI use cases in close collaboration with business stakeholders and translating them into practical learning interventions
- Designing and facilitating engaging capability-building sessions that empower employees to confidently integrate AI into their daily workflows
- Creating digital learning experiences through instructional design, e-learning development, and micro-learning solutions
- Measuring adoption and business application of AI technologies to ensure lasting behavioural change
- Partnering with global and local teams to align capability-building initiatives with broader digital transformation priorities
- Staying current on AI developments and curating relevant, compliant content that keeps the organisation at the cutting edge
- Demonstrating a continuous learning mindset and the flexibility to contribute beyond defined responsibilities where business needs and growth opportunities arise

The People & Organisation / Commercial Capability Building team is responsible for equipping our workforce with the skills and mindsets needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment. You will be part of a team that sits at the intersection of learning innovation and digital transformation – designing interventions that directly enable commercial excellence and operational agility across India.
Your skills & qualifications
We're looking for someone who is passionate about the intersection of AI, learning, and business impact – and who thrives in a fast-moving, purpose-driven environment. You'll bring with you:
- 3–5 years of experience in digital learning, capability building, or AI/digital adoption roles, ideally within a commercial, pharmaceutical, or FMCG environment
- Education: Bachelor’s/master’s degree in HR, Learning & Development, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficiency in digital learning tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, LMS platforms like Moodle, Cornerstone, etc.).
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering learning solutions such as e-learning modules, micro-learning content, and blended learning programmes
- Strong data analytics & visualization skills (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong understanding of AI and Generative AI tools, with the ability to translate technical concepts into practical, accessible learning experiences
- Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with the confidence to engage cross-functional teams at all levels
- A proactive, self-driven mindset with strong project management capabilities and a bias toward action.
