The position

As an Associate Global Project Lead at Novo Nordisk, you will:

  • Drive the lifecycle management of in-market and pipeline assets, focusing on multiple workstreams related to oral formulation changes.
  • Manage global change management plans related to manufacturing and packaging, ensuring seamless execution across the global supply chain.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of various workstreams of integrated solutions for the treatment of diabetes. Lead world-class Loss of Exclusivity (LoE) management, including developing strategies and frameworks for planning and execution in different market archetypes.
  • Analyze situations and chart future scenarios to support decision-making for the global project team and semaglutide portfolio strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver communication for key decision-making governance bodies, such as GPT, PDCouncil, and DPPComm.
  • Collaborate in developing the Product Development Plan (PDP) on an ongoing basis.

 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

  • 10+ years of overall experience in leading commercial pharma projects/pharma brand management
  • Strong strategic and analytical capabilities, with demonstrated experience in analyzing complex data-sets, collecting data, effectively synthesizing the analytics/data to form a complete, cohesive picture
  • Strong experience with project management
  • Technical skills: MS PowerPoint, MS Excel (VBA, pivot etc.) and MS Word are a must

The Commercial GBS unit is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Senior Vice President (SVP) and Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas, including Global Public Affairs and Sustainability (GPAS), Patient Access, Marketing, Commercial Planning, and Content hub. Our team is dedicated to creating innovative market development and communication efforts. We are located at our headquarters in Denmark, where we have a fast-paced and dynamic atmosphere.
