The position

As an Associate Developer in Power BI your key responsibilities will be:

• Provide business solutions for reporting and analysis using Power BI, SQL, and Dataverse.
• Enhance and optimize existing solutions with the aim of achieving 100% automation and superior user satisfaction.
• Co-develop new innovative solutions for the finance community using the latest technologies.
• Perform rigorous detailed analysis, resolve issues, and conduct data quality checks.
• Prepare test cases and execute them to ensure the quality of solutions provided to stakeholders.
• Assist in user acceptance testing, troubleshooting, and end-user support.
• Document technical specifications, user guidelines, and provide end-user training and drive innovative initiatives across projects and share best practices.

Qualifications

• Should have 3 - 6 years of relevant work experience in PowerBI development.
• Solid experience in specification, design, development, or implementation of Business Intelligence (BI) solutions.
• Experience in SQL / Dataverse, relational databases, and dimensional modelling.
• Good Knowledge of REST API connection / Power Connectors.
• Experience with SAP BW and queries.
• Experience with finance operations data.
• Hands-on GUI development in Business Intelligence.
• Experience in agile development processes.
• Good knowledge of data security and section access models with strong users experience skills and ability to provide the right advice to the business.
• Proficient in working with complex data models and different schemas.
• Strong communication skills – effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Quick learner and proactive in developing new skills and sparring with the team with sense of urgency, ability to manage and prioritize multiple work requirements to meet deadlines.
• Flexible and enthusiastic to go beyond given instructions to create business value.
• Power BI Certification (Preferred).
