The position
The Associate - DEI will play a pivotal role in fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace at Novo Nordisk India. Our team is dedicated to implementing and supporting DEI initiatives, promoting a culture of diversity, and ensuring compliance with DEI policies and practices, detailed responsibilities of the role is as per below:
- Organise and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and events to promote DEI awareness and engagement among employees.
- Ensure adherence to DEI policies and practices and provide guidance to employees and managers on DEI-related matters.
- Collect and analyse data related to DEI metrics and prepare reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with HR, management, and employee resource groups to support DEI initiatives and foster a collaborative environment.
- Develop and disseminate DEI communications, including newsletters, updates, and reports to keep employees informed and engaged.
Qualifications
To be succesful in this role, you should have the following qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in HR, DEI, or related fields.
- Experience in organising and facilitating training sessions and workshops.
- Proven track record of implementing DEI initiatives and policies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
