The position

The Associate - DEI will play a pivotal role in fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace at Novo Nordisk India. Our team is dedicated to implementing and supporting DEI initiatives, promoting a culture of diversity, and ensuring compliance with DEI policies and practices, detailed responsibilities of the role is as per below:

• Organise and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and events to promote DEI awareness and engagement among employees.
• Ensure adherence to DEI policies and practices and provide guidance to employees and managers on DEI-related matters.
• Collect and analyse data related to DEI metrics and prepare reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with HR, management, and employee resource groups to support DEI initiatives and foster a collaborative environment.
• Develop and disseminate DEI communications, including newsletters, updates, and reports to keep employees informed and engaged.

Qualifications

To be succesful in this role, you should have the following qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in HR, DEI, or related fields.
• Experience in organising and facilitating training sessions and workshops.
• Proven track record of implementing DEI initiatives and policies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

You will be part of the OCM & OD department based in Bangalore. Our team is dedicated to maintaining and enhancing positive relations with external audiences, including the general public, shareholders, investors and government entities.
