Play a vital role in enabling clinical trials to run smoothly – managing the systems and access that connect sites, vendors, and trial teams across the globe.
Your new role
As an Associate Clinical Data Facilitator, you will be at the heart of clinical data operations, ensuring that external sites and internal teams have seamless access to the systems they need to deliver high-quality trial data. You will work independently across multiple data management platforms, combining technical precision with strong collaboration skills to keep trials on track.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Performing site user access management across data management systems such as EDC and eCOA, including creating, maintaining, and removing user accounts for external and internal stakeholders
- Configuring and maintaining settings in user management tools, including uploading rights and roles, importing reports, and managing deployment files
- Providing day-to-day business support and incident management, delivering technical expertise to resolve operational issues
- Coordinating with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure effective process management and standardisation across trials
- Maintaining study versions in end-user systems and performing study closure, lock, and decommission activities
- Promoting the exchange of knowledge within the department through share-better-practice sessions and trial-related meetings

Through collaboration and operational excellence, we shape and deliver an innovative pipeline to meet future patient needs.
You will join our Global Business Services team in Bangalore, working within the Clinical Data Management & Programming community. This team supports trial operations globally, collaborating closely with Clinical Data Managers, Clinical Data Insights Analysts, Biostatistics, Clinical Operations, and external vendors/CROs. Your work will directly enable the integrity and timeliness of clinical trial data that ultimately brings new treatments to patients.
Your skills & qualifications
We're looking for someone who thrives in a structured yet dynamic environment, balancing technical system expertise with strong interpersonal skills. You'll bring with you:
- A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Clinical Information Management, or equivalent qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably within Clinical Data Management systems, vendor management, or related areas
- Knowledge of GxP guidelines and regulatory requirements within drug development, including SOPs, GCP, and GDP
- Strong planning, coordination, and analytical skills with a quality-first mindset and the ability to work independently
- Fluency in written and spoken English, with cultural sensitivity and the ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse, global environment
- Experience with project management, stakeholder communication, and presentations is an advantage
