The position
As an Associate Business Analyst at Novo Nordisk, you will:
Complete ownership of the deliverables from end-to-end with a mind-set of ‘continuous improvement’ and share recommendations. Use strong quantitative and analytic abilities to integrate and analyze Pharma data including Sales, Market, Cost & Promotional data. Associate should drive, execute & deliver the Salesforce/Fieldforce related activities such as Segmentation, Goal/Target Setting, Territory Alignment, Call Planning, Sales Crediting, Incentive Compensation & payroll process for all therapeutic areas with the focus on quality, business logics and engagement of the frontlines by proactively investigate the plan in deep dive to share ideas, suggestion and insights to the business and leadership for the healthy engagement.
Independently take up any new adhoc tasks in-line with Frontline activities to help affiliates to improve business and to help affiliate in insourcing any external spent on these portfolios. Responsible for leading the business & customer insights and Intelligence, focusing on commercial effectiveness, sales & activity measurements, closed loop analytics, etc. with an effort to guide management decisions and strategic choices. Develop and update commercial excellence dashboards using technical solutions (Power BI) that meet stakeholders needs.

Gather, analyze and interpret complex data sets, provide insights, and make recommendations to facilitate decision making process.

Develop and evaluate data quality metrics and ensure business rules and data requirements are met".

Monitor, consolidate and analyze digital and customer engagements affecting current and future product portfolio.

Implement exhaustive data analytics to predict the short-term future by extrapolating results and identifying business opportunities.

Co-ordinate between Business Units and Technical Teams to stimulate, surface and shape demand for business solutions in the short & long term.

Own & maintain calculation methodology for existing and developed dashboards.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

Bachelor/Master’s/Engineering Degree from a well-recognized institute.

From 3+ years of relevant experience in Pharma industry and consulting experience is a must.

Familiarity with pharmaceutical sales, marketing, medical, and market access functions, along with CRM, market research, competitive intelligence, forecasting, and Real-World Evidence to support strategic decision-making through data analysis and technical solutions.

Must have experience in excel, Advanced Excel and Advanced Microsoft office products, Working level knowledge of IQVIA databases, Good with PPT storyboarding, BI tools & various pharma datasets & Power BI, Familiarization with AI tools and fabrics (Preferred).

Stakeholder management, Data Integration, Reporting and Communication & Training.

Finance Global Business Services (GBS), Bangalore was established in 2007, is currently responsible for supporting Accounting, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Commercial Analytics, Financial Planning & Analytics for Head Quarters at Denmark, Region Europe, North America, International Operations & Global Service Centre Bangalore.
