About the Department

People and Organization (P&O) function designs strategies for Recruitment, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, Mobility, Reporting and Analytics. Global Business Services (GBS) People Operations (PO) is a department within P&O situated in GBS Bangalore. The core activity and responsibility of GBS-PO is to support the global P&O to achieve its strategies.

 

The Position

As an askHR Analyst, the key responsibilities will be:

  • Responsible for providing consistent, high-quality Tier 0 and Tier 1 HR support to all employees, managers and internal HR users cross all HR functions employee life cycle, benefits and other HR functions via chat, calls and tickets.

  • Identify solutions to resolve employee inquires and effectively communicate complex and difficult information/process to stakeholders so they can understand the issue and resolution.

  • Identify the gaps in Ask HR portal content/service and internal reference materials, design/maintain the new content and services in AskHR across all HR functions. 

  • Responsible for preparing and maintaining all relevant internal documents, such as FAQ’s, Work Instructions etc.

  • Partner with CoE, HRBP and other HR Teams to understand all existing and new policies, procedures, processes to provide professional HR support to stakeholders.

 

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

  • 6 years of HR experience with good understanding of HR functions.

  • HR Shared service experience is preferred.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Strong customer service orientation.

  • Must be well organized and detail oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to multi-task.

  • Must be fluent in oral and written English.

  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
