As Assoc Pricing & Strategic Projects Manager, you turn pricing analysis and financial insight into decisions that support growth and profitability across International Operations. You shape pricing strategies, lead cross-functional projects and simplify how commercial processes run. Your work brings clarity to performance against short- and long-term targets, helping teams act with confidence and creating value that ultimately supports people living with serious chronic diseases.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you bring a strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate data into clear business decisions. We're looking for someone with:
- An MBA, CA, CFA or a Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration.
- 3–5 years of experience in pricing, commercial finance, business analytics, strategy or commercial excellence.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
- Expertise in Excel, Power BI and data visualisation and automation tools.
- Project management and stakeholder management experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Useful, but not essential:
Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG or consumer healthcare industries.
What you'll do
- You will combine pricing expertise, project leadership and process improvement to drive informed decisions and measurable results. Your work will focus on:
- Developing and evaluating pricing strategies, and running pricing analysis, scenario modelling and financial impact assessments to support growth and profitability.
- Supporting product launch pricing, portfolio optimisation and price increase initiatives, while monitoring market trends, competitor pricing and key performance indicators.
- Generating actionable insights from sales, market and financial data, and partnering with Commercial, Marketing and other functions to inform decisions.
- Leading and coordinating cross-functional projects from initiation through execution, including new product launches, commercial excellence programmes, business expansion and process improvement.
- Building project plans, timelines, governance structures and stakeholder communication plans, and tracking milestones, risks, dependencies and deliverables.
- Identifying opportunities to simplify and automate pricing and commercial processes, and developing dashboards, reporting tools and performance tracking that improve efficiency and decision-making.
Who you'll work with
You will be part of the Pricing team at Bangalore Affiliate office, working closely with Commercial, Marketing, Finance and Regional teams. The team drives pricing strategy, commercial excellence and strategic initiatives to support sustainable growth and profitability through data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.
Your closest partners will be local management, along with Commercial, Marketing, Finance and other cross-functional teams across the Business Unit. By leveraging data, business understanding and strong interpersonal skills, you will help drive value creation for the Business Unit and the company — working in a collaborative and dynamic atmosphere that supports professional growth.
