About the department

People and Organisation (P&O) function designs strategies for Recruitment, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, Mobility, Reporting and Analytics. Global Business Services (GBS) People Operations (PO) is a department within P&O situated in GBS Bangalore. The core activity and responsibility of GBS-PO is to support the global P&O to achieve its strategies.

The position reports AskHR Manager GBS and is based in Bangalore.

 

The Position

As a AskHR Analyst, you will be responsible in providing consistent, high-quality Tier 0 and Tier 1 HR support to all employees, managers and internal HR users cross all HR functions including compensation & benefit, employee life cycle, talent acquisition, talent management and other HR functions.

You will resolve employee inquires and effectively communicate complex and difficult information/process to stakeholders so they can understand the issue and resolution. You will identify gap in AskHR portal content/service and internal reference materials (including compensation & benefit, payroll, talent acquisition, talent management and other HR functions).

You will design/maintain the new content and services in AskHR cross all HR functions. You will be responsible for change management of the system updates and maintaining internal training documents.

You will partner with CoE, HRBP and other HR Teams to understand all existing and new policies, procedures, processes to ensure provide professional HR support to stakeholders.

You will implement the new services when requirement raised by CoE, HRBP and other HR functions. You will work on projects or special assignment as assigned by manager.

 

Qualifications

You should hold a bachelor’s within human resource management or any stream with minimum 6 years of HR experience with good understanding of HR functions. An experience in Customer service (HR Call Center) is preferred, good to have an experience with an international call center. You must have an excellent oral and written communication skills. You must demonstrate proficiency in in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
