Your new role

As an Advanced Service Manager II, you will own and drive the quality and compliance for a sub-product suite within our end-users devices services, acting as a central point of contact for all the service management activities. You will drive continuous improvement, manage stakeholder expectations across the globe, and collaborate closely with architects to shape the future of the service.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Service management and compliance of the assigned sub-product suite within the End User Device Platform and Services.
  • Ensure stable, secure, and reliable operations of the assigned sub-product suite within the End User Device Platform and Services.
  • Ensure & maintain end-to-end service compliance documentation from implementation to retirement.
  • Maintain audit readiness, resolve findings, and readiness for internal/external audits (GIA, Quality).
  • Align documentation with QMS and related systems
  • Drive Qualification Activities in alignment with the other service managers in Global Digital Workplace area.
  • Lead and support continuous improvement and process optimization and lean quality mind set.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders globally and ensure clear, timely communication about service updates and needs.
  • Handle incidents and major incidents, coordinate with vendors, and make sure issues are resolved on time.

The End User Devices, Operational Excellence & Adobe – GBS department is part of Global IT Workplace Services (GIWS) within Infrastructure & Information Security (I&IS). We are responsible for delivering secure, reliable, compliant, and user-centric digital workplace services for end-user devices globally, driving operational excellence across IT operations, and managing enterprise Adobe Suite & Signature solutions. You will work with colleagues across Denmark, the US, China, and beyond – ensuring our global services remain robust, compliant, and fit for the future.

 

Your skills & qualifications

We're looking for a service-minded professional who thrives at the intersection of IT quality and operational excellence, and who can navigate complex stakeholder landscapes with clarity and confidence. You'll bring with you:

  • A master's or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a relevant IT field – or equivalent job experience
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in service management with exposure to the IT quality domain, and 6+ years of practical experience in GxP areas or qualified IT infrastructure
  • Hands-on experience managing end-to-end compliance documentation processes and performing RCAs, CAPAs, and other IT quality activities
  • Excellent knowledge of regulatory requirements including GAMP 5, CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, and ITIL processes
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present complex quality and technical topics in accessible language across teams, cultures, and time zones
  • A structured, analytical mindset with the ability to work independently, challenge constructively, and advocate for process compliance while driving continuous improvement
