The position

As the Advanced Service Manager I, you will be anchoring below responsibilities:

  • Responsible for operations and maintenance of the Network services for Novo Nordisk product supply domain (PSnet)
  • Take ownership of the service in operation/maintenance via joint ownership with the respective stakeholders
  • Act as the single point of contact for stakeholders/partners/vendors to collaborate and manage the execution of service tasks/activities
  • Work within the agreed operating model framework on the area goals, based on Service Owner / Product Owner / Business requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement of processes, including incident, problem and change management along with managing financials (where applicable)
  • Ensure good reporting on service performance, vendor management via key performance indicators
  • Ensure maintenance of IT compliance of the service as per Novo Nordisk QMS and regulatory guidelines and maintaining of related documentation through collaboration with internal stakeholder/quality responsible/partners

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters in relevant IT field
  • 10+ years of experience in IT service management domain
  • 5+ years in the service offering (Network / Network Security) domain
  • Strong ITIL / ITSM / IT Compliance (CSV) knowledge and experience
  • Good understanding of budget management and project management
  • Good understanding of infrastructure concepts, especially Network domain
  • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills to effectively represent NN in interactions with users and external stakeholders
  • High degree of independent decision making and innovation mindset

The position is based in Infrastructure and Information Security (department under Enterprise IT & Quality) consisting of high potential teams distributed mainly between India, Europe and the U.S. managing our Cloud Services, Infrastructure Services, Operations, IT Support, Major Incident Management and Digital Workplace Services. The Infrastructure and Information Security is an area consisting of teams with highly skilled and dedicated employees.
