The position

As a Senior Quality Professional at Novo Nordisk, you will:

  • Provide daily support to the queries (tasks/questions) raised by the Local records manager globally and Perform maintenance tasks as per the records management process.

  • Perform tasks related to archival and destruction process (physical and electronic), maintain precision and no compromise on quality.

  • Practice and handle queries related to good documentation practice and data integrity, Support LoB /perform tasks related to IT systems/migration archival and decommissioning.

  • Support in acquisitions/mergers archival activities, be proactive and take ownership and accountability of tasks

  • Handle employee personal records (local regulations, GDPR, etc) and be responsible for performing all the activities in accordance with regulatory requirements and NN procedures and policies should have good skills in Excel, SharePoint, and presentations

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, experience in records management or related field.
  • ~2+ years of experience in records management, with a focus on quality, data integrity, and compliance.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain precision in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

  • Familiarity with IT systems and archival/destruction processes.

  • Good understanding of regulatory requirements/ GxP.

  • Strong skills in Excel, SharePoint, and presentations.

NN Quality GBS Unit- Our purpose is to make “Quality” simple, easy, and understandable. Records management is one of the departments under NN Quality GBS, which is an extended team of Denmark. Records management is one of the key Quality processes to ensure a standardized way of organizing and handling life cycle management for information (physical/electronic records) generated in all business processes. We build Structure and set Direction to ensure Reliable Data and Easy Access. As a member of our unit, you will be part of an ambitious and dynamic group of over 100 employees who ensure the “highest quality to patients”.
