The position
As an Advanced Developer- Python for GenAI Agent, you will be anchoring below responsibilities:
- Develop Python solutions for a GenAI agent and troubleshoot and resolve any bugs related to GenAI.
- Enhance and optimize prompts through prompt engineering, while collaborating on the development of a finance GenAI agent project using Python and other relevant technologies.
- Design and implement a framework for automating the validation of agent outputs, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to generative AI models and implementations, ensuring optimal performance.
- Integrate GenAI agents with multiple systems, such as SAP, Coupa, and Microsoft Teams, and work with APIs for integration.
- Work closely with the Assurance Intelligence in HQ and GBS to drive the development and integration of GenAI agents.
- Optimize and fine-tune generative models for performance and efficiency, ensuring continuous improvement of agent capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- 5 to 6 years of experience in Python development and working in the Gen AI space.
- Technical understanding of APIs – Rest APIs, integration experience (Must Have).
- Desirable knowledge in Gen AI and prompt engineering.
- Previous experience in compliance / finance agent domain is a plus.
- AI / Gen. AI certifications (Good to have).
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work in a collaborative team environment, and excellent communication abilities.
- Strong communicator with excellent collaboration skills, capable of engaging cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Skilled in analytical problem-solving, taking ownership of deliverables, meeting tight deadlines, and working both independently and within teams.
- Organized, able to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a demanding environment.
- Flexibility as the nature & timing of the assignment of deliverables keeps changing with the ever-changing business dynamics.
- Ability to represent Novo Nordisk in relations with users and external stakeholders.
