About the department
The GSC&BD GBS unit is in Bengaluru, India, with our headquarters in Denmark. We are focused on consolidating supply chain activities and driving performance improvement. As part of the Global Op-erational Planning team, our role involves continuous improvement of our operational planning pro-cesses and systems to ensure a balanced supply plan on a global scale. The atmosphere is dynamic and collaborative, with a strong emphasis on teamwork.
The position
As an Advanced Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless supply chain op-erations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Supporting and monitoring daily planning activities and KPIs in GBS.
• Creating and maintaining production and purchase plans to ensure efficient operations.
• Handling orders from affiliates/regional offices and evaluating new sales/process orders for capacity and feasibility.
• Maintaining planning-relevant master data and evaluating its quality.
• Engaging in regular dialogue with stakeholders to ensure timely communication regarding de-lays or stock level impacts.
• Reporting on planning performance and evaluating transactional data quality to suggest and implement improvements.
• Supporting the onshore team with relevant planning reports, ad hoc analyses, and process documentation.
Qualifications:
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
• 6 - 8 years of experience in planning and support functions.
• Proven ability to work on offshored planning processes.
• Strong data analysis and data processing skills.
• Solid understanding of end to end supply chain concepts - Plan, Make, Source, Deliver, and Return including the associated master data.
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Hands on experience with SAP ECC/R3 within Supply Chain (mandatory).
• Experience with OMP is an added advantage.
