The Position

As an Advanced Business Analyst, you will be, supporting the high digital ambitions of Finance, Legal and Global Solutions. You will become part of a transformational journey through the companywide migration of SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. You will communicate with many different stakeholders and be a role model for your colleagues.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Contribute to our S/4HANA migration, from analysis to benefit realization.
• Drive and execute digital projects involving SAP Finance and Controlling (FI/CO) modules.
• Engage Line of Business stakeholders to guide on best practices and relevant solution requirements.
• Communicate clearly, also with non-technical colleagues in line of business.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent with overall experience between 6-12 years who can collaborate across functional areas, bringing SAP technical expertise into practice, especially with the focus of migration into S/4 HANA.

• To succeed in the role, you have: Significant technical insight into SAP Finance and/or SAP Controlling.
• 5+ years of relevant experience working with SAP FI/CO.
• Experience translating between technical and business requirements to a variety of stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in SAP Inhouse Cash(IHC) , SAP Treasury and Risk Management is required.
• On a personal level, you demonstrate agility and adaptiveness to change. You enjoy stakeholder management, balancing the needs of business while guiding on best practice. You are devoted to creating an inclusive culture, helping your colleagues, and engaging in team activities.

About the department
DD&IT GBS is the unit responsible for more than 40 global IT systems at Novo Nordisk including the operation, maintenance, support, and development of these systems. The systems are used on a global scale by all areas of the business from R&D to Sales and are critical to the execution of key business processes such as development, manufacturing, sales, finance, etc. FLGSIT -SAP has systems which support finance, legal and procurement processes in Novo Nordisk.
