The position 

As a Veeva Vault Configuration Specialist, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • You should act as a Subject Matter Expert in Veeva Clinical Vault and all its components and functionalities and utilize your deep technical knowledge and experience in Veeva Vault Clinical Suite: Electronic Trail Master File(eTMF), CTMS Clinical Trail Management System (CTMS), Short Stay Unit (SSU).
  • You should understand the Security Model (Dynamic Access Control (DAC) Setup, User Provisioning Services), Data Model, and Workflow Configuration on both document and Object Layers and take ownership of the overall operation and maintenance of the GxP critical Vault Clinical (COSMOS), including incident, change, and release management.
  • You should implement configuration changes in Vault as needed, working in a DevOps setup as an IT team member closely aligned with the Scrum Master and Product Owner and provide support on test coordination/validation activities for Veeva Clinical Vault and ensure the delivery of system and support service.
  • You should manage the incident management process for Veeva Clinical Vault and ensure incident management KPIs are fulfilled.
  • You Should owning of L3 tickets, providing extensive analysis for the problems raised and fixing the issues proactively and Timely Manner and collaborate with the Infra team and other Integration systems for Maintenance and Enhancements activities.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:• 

  • You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science (or equivalent) with 8+ years in IT.
  • You should have minimum 4-6 years of hands-on experience with Veeva Clinical Suite.
  • You should have strong compliance understanding and documented GXP experience from several systems.
  • You should have knowledge and experience in J2EE framework, Custom Code Development (SDK) is an added advantage.
  • You should have experience in Azure DevOps (ADO), Service Now, Text Information Management System (TIMS), and agile methodologies such as SCRUM and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is added advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and comfortable working with different cultures and ability to collaborate and communicate with stakeholders, both internal and external at all levels.

In DD&IT (Digital Data & IT) Development Clinical Site and patient facing, a part of DD&IT (Digital Data & IT) Global Business Services (GBS), a portfolio of GxP, Financial & Business Critical applications are being managed and supported. These applications are among the most critical IT systems in Novo Nordisk supporting essential processes and being used 24x7 by thousands of users worldwide. Clinical Site and patient facing works closely with Line of Business, System Managers, Quality Check (QC)/Quality Assurance (QA) and subject matter experts across the Novo Nordisk IT organization in Denmark and India.
