About the department

You will be joining our Global IT India team, which is an integral part of the Global IT Organization within GBS India. With over 900 employees, our team manages IT systems, projects, infrastructure, compliance, security, processes, and vendors. In the Commercial IT department, we focus on delivering projects and managing systems for Sales, Marketing, Medical, and Market Access teams. We play a crucial role in driving projects and managing critical IT systems and services used along the entire value chain of Novo Nordisk.

 

The Position

As an Advanced Business Analyst II at Novo Nordisk, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead change and release management of NovoNordisk core Product and monitor site performance and set benchmarks.

  • Act as a single point of contact for all technical issues related to NovoNordisk core product.

  • Collaborate with compliance and system management teams for any related tasks.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to fix issues and provide end-to-end techno-functional product support.

  • Partner with business and IT stakeholders to analyze requirements and provide optimal solutions.

 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, mathematics, or related field.

  • Should have overall 4-7 years of experience with 3+ years working on Adobe Experience Manager .

  • Experience on Adobe Experience Manager  6.x (mandatory skill) is must.

  • Experience on any Web content management tools, AEM Analytics, Adobe Target Launch/DTM, Adobe Campaign ,Search Enginer Optimization,  Application Programming Interface  management, Performance, Cookie compliance.

  • Knowledge of quality tools and excellence in business and system understanding.

  • Experience leading projects related to ExtWeb and Adobe Experience Manager.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple vendors, global stakeholders, and users.

  • Ability to evaluate project performance, conduct meetings, manage documentation and reports, and monitor project progress.
